Abstract: Offering Security Awareness Training is something most MSPs are familiar with at this point, but sometimes programs don’t go off as smoothly as intended. I have personally watched hundreds of MSPs launch programs and have seen some go very well, and some that have had a rocky start since inception. The programs that have a rocky start have a tendency to cause an incredible amount of support and frustration for you and your clients, so how can we make sure things go according to plan?
